The technology has made work easier  and a lot  of competency in the job market.

Additionally,  every change comes with new opportunities. With changes technology inclusive, traditional societies and job industries metamorphose into modern ones. As such, new opportunities for job seekers. The technology has brought about new platforms which comes with new opportunities for the society and for the job market.

Noticeably, there is  increased productivity which has been enabled by technology. The output is high compared to manpower; this is because the technology reduces the burden on personnel and repetition of tasks.  In conjunction to this, the technology, has led to convergence, that is different jobs have been brought together in one platform, this is because the technology allows multimediality which calls for technical know-how of personnel.

Lastly, demand of multi-skilled personnel is high, it is increasing daily as the technology advances. As such, more platforms for multiple skills and technology know- how.  With this the issue of unemployment is solved.  It is an added advantage to those with knowledge and multiple skills in maneuvering online.

However, on the negative perspective technology has its major headaches. It is argued, no matter its prosperity there are those more noticeable consequences in the job market; there can  be no technology application within a system without a cost. On one hand, the technology is forcing people to update their know-how for relevance  in the job market. On the other hand, there is redundancy of traditional jobs; the automation enabled by technology has threatened many jobs where machines and gadgets has replaced manpower. For instance, the bio metrics which has replaced manual recording of data in organizations.

In conclusion  it has been established beyond all reasonable doubt that technology is the answer to effectiveness in the job market in this jet age. Regardless of the disadvantages that comes along with shift in technology, the technology is ruling the world, job market is inclusive.
